Ban Thero is a management consultant with about 25 years of professional experience in management, training, and business plan development. His experiences include managing a higher education institution, an ecommerce company, and conducting training and lecturing. Thero has a strong training and facilitating skills, he has provided services in this sector for more than 10 years. Thero received a BA in economics from the Institute of Economic Science, and a MBA from the University of New South Wales in Australia. Â
Po Bunna is a trainer and sector analyst, with more than 25 years working in market studies, sector analysis and business consulting for SMEs. Part of the AIC team, Bunna has worked with several SMEs in Cambodia in conducting market study, sector analysis, project implementation and management coaching. Bunna’s other experiences include managing IIC University, while working as a Vice-Rector, and project management, as an AIC consultant. Bunna obtained a BA in economics from the Institute of Economics and a Master of Science in Economics from Gadjah Mada University in Indonesia.
Dr. Phai Touch is a management control system expert with extensive experiences in internal audit, financial management and management control systems. He is a highly accomplished financial professional with a diverse background in accounting, auditing, and corporate governance. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree from European University and several professional certifications, including MCSI, CMIIA, CPA, FIPA, and FFA. Dr. Phai has served on the boards of various financial institutions, including Daun Penh Specialized Bank, People and Partners Insurance Company, and Prasac Microfinance Institution. He has also held the position of CFO at Worldbridge. In addition to his professional experience, Dr. Touch has completed numerous courses and workshops on corporate governance, leadership, credit management, and other relevant topics.
Pak Sereivathana is a business development and investment adviser with 30 years of professional experience in the fields, and advice on business finance and investment to clients. Vathana has expertise in developing business plans, project feasibility studies, investment appraisals, and assisting local banks in providing larger, longer-term loans to clients. As an adviser with the International Finance Corporation, he had worked extensively on small and medium enterprise projects in a variety of industries, including support to banks and microfinance institutions. He has managed and worked for a number of organizations including International Finance Corporation (IFC), Axis Investment Consulting and several financial institutions.
Vathana obtained a BA in economics from the Institute of Economics and a Master in financial management from Central Queensland University in Australia.
