Mr. Seng Bunly is the director of BN Consult and a principal researcher and
consultant with about 30 years of professional experiences, in both qualitative
and quantitative research. He specializes in socioeconomic research, data
analysis, and project management. He holds a Master of Science in Financial
Economics from the London School of Economics and has attended various trainings
in environmental economics, cost-benefit analysis, and economic valuations.
Bunly has extensive experience working on donor funded projects and providing
services to international organizations and donors such as the World Bank,
JICA, and UNICEF, and other NGOs. His expertise includes designing and
implementing research and surveys, managing data collection and analysis, and
providing training and capacity building to government officials and project

Po Bunna is a trainer and sector analyst, with more than 25 years working in market studies, sector analysis and business consulting for SMEs. Part of the AIC team, Bunna has worked with several SMEs in Cambodia in conducting market study, sector analysis, project implementation and management coaching. Bunna’s other experiences include managing IIC University, while working as a Vice-Rector, and project management, as an AIC consultant. Bunna obtained a BA in economics from the Institute of Economics and a Master of Science in Economics from Gadjah Mada University in Indonesia.
